Leadership Experience

  • 2020 Leadership Spearfish Program graduate - A program sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce to promote community engagement and leadership through a 9-month course culminating in a project that provides enrichment to our community.

  • 2019 International Service Learning Trip to Gaborone, Botswana - A program in which BHSU Students plan curriculum to teach to high school students in Botswana. The curriculum includes drug and alcohol awareness, anti-bullying, reproductive health, self esteem and leadership.

  • Assistant High School Youth Group Leader - Plan activities, studies, trips, and community service projects that engage the youth in the community.

  • Student Workers - Oversee and guide a group of student employees to manage content creation and ensure that projects are completed according to the goals set for their projects. Provide tutorials and other professional skill development opportunities to increase the value of their education.
